Laser Welding
Our TruLaser Weld 5000 enables precise laser welding of deep, strong seams and smooth, rounded edges with exceptional finesse. Its advanced FusionLine technology allows seamless connection of components with gaps, providing flexibility and quality in a wide range of applications.
Bending (Tube & Plate)
Our bending capabilities feature press brakes with capacities ranging from 30 to 225 tons and up to 13 feet in length, handling everything from simple brackets to precise, tight-tolerance components. Our Elect 130 bender ensures accuracy for complex multi-bend tubing parts.
3D Tube Profiling
Our TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber, equipped with advanced RapidCut technology, provides us with a substantial advantage in flexible, high-speed processing. This machine excels particularly with thinner materials, enabling faster production times and significantly enhancing overall productivity.
COATING
We offer shot-blasting, powder coating, and liquid painting services for items ranging from a few inches to 20 feet in length. Our advanced coating processes provide near-automotive quality finishes, offering superior corrosion and weather resistance for long-lasting durability.
Plate Cutting
We cut plate thicknesses from .5 mm to 150 mm, handling brass, copper, aluminum, and steel. Our lasers create precise parts, minimizing secondary processing. For thick parts, we use plasma or OXY systems, processing up to 40 ft with multi-torch options.
Machining
Our machining centers handle any component with Vertical and Horizontal 3 & 4 axis machines for drilling, tapping, and 3D profiling. Equipped with Mazaks and Okumas (CAT40 & CAT50), including an Okuma 852 bed for oversized, heavy parts up to 4m.
